Ensuring excellent caregiving

Each applicant is initially screened to determine qualifications, experience, and skill set.

Caregivers are background-checked by Nationwide and DOJ database.

Employees are registered with the California Department of Social Services as Home Care Aides.

Approved applicants are then selected to part of our Rose Care University program.

Caregivers are prepared for their roles as home care aides with lessons in health, safety, infection control and emergency procedures.
